How much is an aircon service in the Klang Valley?
Our published prices are RM58 for one unit, RM48 a unit for two, and RM38 a unit for three or more on a general service. A chemical wash is RM128, RM118 and RM108 on the same ladder, and RM98 a unit from five units. Those are the prices we charge on arrival. The full table is on this page.
What is the difference between a general service, a chemical wash and an overhaul?
A general service, RM58 and about 30 minutes, cleans the filters and casing and checks the gas. A chemical wash, RM128 and about an hour, opens the indoor unit and chemically cleans the coil and blower. That is the one for a unit that smells, drips or has stopped cooling well. An overhaul, from RM238 and about two hours, takes the unit off the wall for a full strip-down. We recommend an overhaul after a diagnostic, not from a photo, and we give the exact price on WhatsApp.
How often should my aircond be serviced?
By usage, not by the calendar. A bedroom unit that runs every night typically needs a general service every three to four months and a chemical wash about once a year. A unit used at weekends can go longer. Dust, pets and cooking shorten the interval. We would rather tell you what your unit actually needs than sell you a fixed schedule.
How long does the service take?
Per unit, about 30 minutes for a general service, about an hour for a chemical wash and about two hours for an overhaul. Doing several units in one visit is quicker per unit.
Is gas top-up included in a chemical wash?
No. A chemical wash covers the cleaning work on the coil, blower and drain. If the unit is low on gas, that shows up in the check and we quote the top-up separately before doing anything.
Do you cover my area?
We serve the Klang Valley: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Klang and the areas around them. Message us on WhatsApp with your area and we will confirm the schedule.
What unit types do you service?
Wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, ceiling exposed, ducted and floor standing. Basic service is RM58 for a wall-mounted unit, and from RM108 for cassette, from RM128 for ceiling exposed and from RM248 for ducted. Message us for the exact price for your units. Floor standing is quoted per job.
Do you service offices and shops?
Yes, residential and commercial. Cassette and ducted units in offices, shops and cafes are on the published list. For a whole premises or a recurring schedule, message us and we will quote it as one job.
